I have had my experiences with bad contractors over the years, esp the one recommended by Weber. I found Ace Hanover/Henrico doing a google search and they had really good reviews. I must say I was skeptical; however, the booking experience with Bernie and the actual experience with Greg was exceptional. They were responsive, showed up on time, did the work I hired them to do and he knew what he was doing - fixing things that other "contractors" could not (all that should always be the case). He assembled a Weber smart grill, fixed a fire table, fixed a door that would not latch and converted a rail on a landing so that it opens. I will definitely be using them again when I pile up a day's worth project. Soooo happy and less stressed.

My primary request though was to replace the plywood covering the crawl space. It was ugly and I worried about cold air getting through. I told Greg I wanted something that looked more like a door and that is exactly what he did. I could not be more pleased. Every thing looks great, and ready for cold weather.

I called Ace Handyman Services when I found a leak from my garbage disposal unit. Greg was able to come out the same day I called. He and I discussed the issue, and he suggested a replacement unit. The service was timely, the job was completed quickly. Everything was taken care of, including cleanup after job completion. I plan on having Ace Handyman on speed dial as I have been very pleased with their service.
