Both individuals I spoke with while booking our appointment were very helpful, cordial and asked good questions. They got me scheduled in less than 5 days (non-emergency project) and I received several notifications reminding me of the appointment. Sean Gibbons was our electrician for installing a new ceiling fan & checking on a malfunctioning sum pump. He called me the night before to see if it would be alright if he came a bit early (great for people who need to go to work) and he was at my door this morning at 8:15 for a 9am appointment. The fan install went smoothly & the sum pump is now working. Sean was an absolute pleasure to have around, took good care of the part of the house he was working in (covered the bed so dust didn't fall on it, took off his shoes each time he went in/out, etc) and kept me updated on the situation. I'd request him again in the future. The one thing that seemed a bit wonky is the pricing. I was quoted one number over the phone & went our service tech arrived he showed me the estimate he was given on an iPad. It included a $50 service fee that hadn't been mentioned (the whole project was only $200 so that was a fairly significant increase) and they then tacked on some other costs for 'additional labor' despite going through everything on the phone. All in all, this is an easy solve had I asked if the estimate included all fees. In the end, I'd highly recommend but would ensure you have all the costs accounted for ahead of time.
