Professional and friendly
I definitely appreciated how I was kept informed when Sean would be arriving. He was actually early (called night before to make sure it was okay). He was able to get the bedroom doors in the basement working. Always checked with me if they required more work than we originally thought. I will definitely call again if we need anything further.

Excellent work
Excellent work and excellent customer service. Dan took care to ask questions to make sure we both understood what was needed to be done. Had my side gate repaired and had drywall fixed.

TERRIBLE JOB.....DID NOT TRIM THE WINDOW WILL HAVE TO TAKE OFF AND HAVE RE DONE!!!!
HANDYMAN CAME OUT AND WAS HERE ABOUT 45 MIN TO TRIM OUT THE WINDOW.....HE DID NOT PUT WOOD BEHIND THE TRIM AND JUST NAILED THE FRAME TO THE FOAM INSULATION. WHEN DONE TOLD ME WE NEED DIFFERENT TRIM AND I WOULD HAVE TO FINISH THE JOB AND CAULK. SAID I STILL HAD TO PAY THE FULL $300. (IF THE MATERIALS I HAD WERE NOT RIGHT OR THE ONES NEEDED HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHAT TO GET AND LET ME GO GET IT OR WE COULD HAVE RE SCHEDULED. (HE CUT UP THE TRIM I HAD BOUGHT SO I CAN'T EVEN RETURN IT)WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT HOME WENT UP AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY WAS SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!.....NOW I AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO TRIM OUT A WINDOW.

Thorough and professional
We were pleased with the work on our toilets. It turned out that we also needed a new faucet for the kitchen sink, which he installed for us. Considerable improvements.
