We are so glad we called Ace Handyman for our faucet repair. Joe was wonderful and even helped us find a part online. He also had great suggestions for repair/replacement of our downspouts (much cheaper options than I expected). The office staff was top notch and diligently followed up on my inquiry. Highly recommend!

The man had no experience with a basic thermostat replacement and installation. My furnace will not start. He could not explain why it won't work. He did not touch my furnace, only replaced the thermostat. I would not use Ace Handyman service again, would not recommend it to others.

Thanks to Matt for stellar advise. We laid out the situation. He gave us options and then recommendations. Outlined what we would need, how long it would take. I have to say I was a bit skeptical. Boy was I wrong. He was spot on and the work he completed yesterday made an immediate improvement. Others said we NEEDED to reside the entire house $13-15K Matt’s suggestion was less than $1K We are then set to paint (not with ACE, but another company) and we will be all in for just over $6K Can’t speak to others, but I would use Ace again and I would specifically ask for Matt. He is looking to do the right thing for the customer and then delivers. Thanks Matt He was great!

Lee and Kipp showed up exactly when scheduled. Impressed that they sanitized their hands on the front porch and had masks on. Installed Shaw Luxury Vinyl waterproof flooring. It is hard to fully express how they approached the living room with such precision and certainty. It's clear that hey are truly craftsmen and artists all in one. No dust, no saws, just a set of tools and utility knives and they just got down to business and transformed our townhome in one day. The old ratty carpet way embarrassing. The new gray wood looking planks are indescribably elegant. I am thrilled. Now that we know about Ace in the home, we are building lists for this winter to keep upgrading a very old, tired looking townhome into a place we can be proud of. Thank you to all the office staff for making it all so easy. We are grateful.
