A myriad of tasks completed very wl
John did a fantastic job of completing fence repair which included replacing a broken post and 9 pickets. He installed 2 light fixtures, repaired 2 toilets, removed caulk and recaulked a shower as well as an extensive job of caulking a driveway and repairing some holes in it. All of this work was completed in about 11 hours. The worjmanship was of high quality and he was congenial as well. Thank you John!

Charged for estimate
Called to obtain a free estimate & told they couldn't do that. Explained a job I wanted done Around my windows & was told they would come do job wit estimate over phone and give me estimate on 2nd job. I cancelled first job due to getting work done by window installers. Asked if Kipp could come provide estimate On 2nd job but no cost ever mentioned. Kipp came out but then I was charged $65 for an estimate which I still haven't received after 2 full days! Would not recommend this business based on my experience to date.

Donna, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your originally called for fascia repair and we booked your job with an estimated price over the phone. We dispatched a two man crew to complete the work as the fascia boards were high up. We stated on the call, that while we were there we could look at your bathroom. When our craftsmen arrived you declined the work, they collected the a $65.00 service fee. It was not an estimate fee. The craftsman still did the estimate and it was sent to you. We estimate a project over the phone and dispatch the craftsmen to do the work with the estimated amount we gave you over the phone. This provides the best customer service and efficient way to keep costs down for all our customers. I'm sorry there was a miscommunication. Thank you for choosing Ace Handyman Services.

Outstanding repair on a wooden garage doorge
The bottom of our wooden garage door was coming apart. I kept trying to figure out how to fix it but I knew it was not something I could do. So who do you call......Ace handyman service. A job well done very quickly.
