After submitting the request online, we were contacted within 48 hours by the central dispatch to discuss our project and schedule an appointment. The dispatcher was polite and professional, and was able to give a pretty accurate estimate for the project based on just my description. We were contacted to reschedule earlier by dispatch, and eventually spoke directly to the professional on the day of the project. Our handywoman, Victoria, was punctual and communicated exactly what she was going to do. As with any project, there were a few surprises along the way, and she kept us in the loop at every step. She was very up front about both the estimate and additional costs that happened along the way (in the form of some extra materials and additional labor). Great service, very satisfied.
