Poor Customer Service
I have been waiting for going on 3 weeks to have my screens replaced on 12 windows. The Capitol Heights store handyman came out to my home and removed the screens. When he returned a week later none of the screens fit back into the windows there were gaps on each side. It is going on 2 weeks and no one has provided with when they will be reinstalled. My brother and I have left messages and gone into the store. It is unfortunate that none of the mangers have responded to my situation, not the owner Rob Wheeler or the store manager Robert White. This is Poor Customer Service in our community.

Friendly and efficient
Andrew fixed my patio screen and secured my roof antenna. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When the high winds undid his work, he returned with a co-worker and secured it again. Great work and service guaranteed. I would use Wheeler's Ace Handyman Services again.

Keith fixed toilet quickly
Keith was late getting to us because he got hung up at his previous service call. Once he got here he diagnosed the issue quickly and he went and got the correct part because we had brought the wrong part. He replaced the part in about 10 minutes! Providing this service on a Saturday was also a benefit to us. We would definitely call on him again!
