Poor Customer Service

I have been waiting for going on 3 weeks to have my screens replaced on 12 windows. The Capitol Heights store handyman came out to my home and removed the screens. When he returned a week later none of the screens fit back into the windows there were gaps on each side. It is going on 2 weeks and no one has provided with when they will be reinstalled. My brother and I have left messages and gone into the store. It is unfortunate that none of the mangers have responded to my situation, not the owner Rob Wheeler or the store manager Robert White. This is Poor Customer Service in our community.
