Ms. S. let us first start off by apologizing if your experience this time did not meet your expectations so therefore did not meet ours as well. Our Craftsman came directly from another job to yours that had him unexpectedly repairing something for a customer that may have caused him to brush up against things. Regardless of that, his shoes should have been removed or botties put on. With regards to not needing to visually see the items first, you are correct. We do many home projects on a regular basis that we know how long it will take our craftsman to get the job properly done. This way we do not have to send someone out twice when we can get a customer taken care of in one visit. This is the same process we did on your previous job that you were very pleased with. Where the extra time may have come in is the Craftsman had to go purchase the light fixtures that we ordinally understood you had the lights and the new shower head. Our Craftsman are very conscious and vigilant when shopping for the customer’s materials. We deal with the same frustration every day at these stores with the product not where it is supposed to be, not in stock, no one to help you, and waiting times not only to get something but standing in line to pay. Our entire team does their best to get in and out of the store. We monitor with GPS and the HD store was an 18-minute drive each way that day. As a repeat customer that is familiar with our services, our lower than the market mark up on materials is less than most services companies who have markups as well. We are disappointed this experience did not measure up to the past. We shall do some additional education and reminders to our staff about respecting the home and cleanliness when working and walking in someone’s home. We hope to get the chance to rebound your experience with our team and services, and if given that opportunity we shall not let you down. Thank you….
